When we moved into our home three years ago, I pieced together our entryway with a small furniture piece from our first apartment together, and paired it with a a family photo (which is now outdated) and a custom sign that we received as a wedding gift.

While the pieces were fine on their own and held personal sentiment, this former space was extremely bland, lacking any real design and just wasn’t the welcoming space that a foyer should be.

Using a gorgeous refinished bookcase and a few decor pieces from Homegoods, I was able to completely transform my font entryway and foyer. It is now vibrant, inviting and exactly what I would like my guests to see upon entering our home.
