Classic Easter Decor

Spring has FINALLY sprung! After what felt like the longest winter in history, I am beyond excited that spring has arrived and can’t wait to celebrate Easter with my two little bunnies!

As an avid lover of home decor, I was surprised to see how little I owned in terms of spring and Easter decorations. This is only our third year in the our house and I am still very much building my supply of holiday decorations (and am still decorating the house with everyday pieces for that matter). This year however, I was excited to shop for a few classic items that could be easily integrated into my every day design. Overall I am very happy my selections and can’t wait to share them with you all!

All of the following items were purchased at either Target or Homegoods and collectively cost just about $150. Not a crazy expense considering how many of these pieces can be used well beyond Easter as everyday decor. I hope this post provides you with some inspiration for SPRING!

Kitchen:

In the kitchen I kept it simple, adding an adorable wooden sign to the window ledge, a spring colored fruit bowl to the island, coordinating hand towels and topping it off with a decorative cake stand; complete with wooden eggs, a ceramic bunny, a mercury glass egg and a small green succulent.

The pink fruit bowl, window sign, cake tray, ceramic bunny and succulent were purchased at Homegoods. The hands towels and wooden eggs were from Target.

Eat In Kitchen:

Trace amounts of spring can be seen in the eat-in kitchen, including an adorable “Grow Laughter” watering can on the kid’s table and a teal decorative bowl as a table centerpiece.

The watering can (and grass) were purchased at Target and the decorative bowl is from Homegoods.

Dining Room:

Two more ceramic bunnies can been seen in the formal dining room. I completed this table-top display with a ceramic lantern, wooden eggs and two small glass vases. The white rolling cart (seen in the kitchen) is stored in the dining room, however the lighting was poor today. This cart is ideal for hosting and is complete with three decorative pieces on each level.

The ceramic bunnies, small vases and wooden eggs were purchased at Target, while the white lantern and striped vase (on top of the rolling cart) were purchased at Homegoods.

Exterior:

This beautiful spring wreath completes the exterior of our home and makes such a statement! I just love the pop of color and the way it stands apart from the rich door color. This was also purchased at Homegoods.

In addition to the still photos, I also filmed as I decorated. Check out this “Decorate with Me!” video on my YouTube channel now; and please subscribe!

Until next time,

– Brittany

Thanks for the reminder that I need to actually go buy some decor so I can decorate! I love how you decorated here, super cute!

Thank you for reading! I also didn’t remember how little I had. I went into our storage bins and then realized “wait a minute, I don’t own anything” 🤣
