The boy’s rooms have become two of my favorites in the house. Nothing is sweeter than an adorable kids room or a quaint nursery where your littles will grow, play and develop.
Gavin’s nursery is painted in Gray Owl by Benjamin Moore and has subtle accents of white and blue sprinkled throughout. While we don’t have a particular theme per say, elephant-related accessories give the space a playful vibe and overall sense of cohesiveness.
Although this this room was once Mason’s nursery, it has since been personalized with Gavin’s name above the crib and several other items that are uniquely “Gavin”. The letters were designed and purchased from the Etsy vendor “LovelyLettersbyLeah“.Wayfair. We selected white to compliment the space, however Espresso and Gray variations are also available. The prints above the dresser were also purchased from Etsy and designed by “DallowayPlaceKids“. Each print was finished by a simple white frame that was purchased at Michaels.
In addition to the six drawer dresser, which also doubles as a changing station, a white cubby system (which was purchased at Target) and an in-room closet, provide storage for clothes, linens, toiletries and toys. When organizing a children’s room I find that adding coordinating baskets provide an easy and functional solution for loose items, including shoes, hats and small toys.Hayneedle.
Additional walls are filled with beautiful prints from Gavin’s newborn photo shoot, as well as our family lifestyle session. Every time I walk into this sweet little space, a smile is brought to my face. It is just so cute!email me! I’d love to hear from you 🙂
Until next time,
